Fall From Grace

The snake as symbol of good and evil is well known in Western Iconography, serving as backlit image on pharmacy outlets, and in illustrations that depict the 'original sin' of man and woman in the garden of Eden.
Being the 'carrier' of potential good, but also its opposite evil, mirrors our suspicion, that the shadow, the uncanny double as a dormant possibility resides within.
